Greg Saltz
Greg Saltz is a seasoned commercial real estate executive known for pairing entrepreneurial thinking with disciplined execution. He founded GPS Commercial Advisors in 2014 after more than 14 years in commercial brokerage.
Prior to launching GPS, Greg held senior roles at Phoenix Commercial Advisors and DeRito Partners, where he was recognized as a top producer for three consecutive years. He played a key role in introducing Natural Grocers to the Phoenix market and was heavily involved in Dutch Bros. Coffee’s expansion across Arizona.
Greg currently represents nationally recognized brands including Dutch Bros, Smalls Sliders, Taco Bell, KFC, Natural Grocers, and Kahoots. He is a three-time CoStar Power Broker Award recipient (2014–2016) and has been a licensed Arizona broker since 2002. Greg also maintains active leadership roles with The Jewish Federation, Chabad of Arizona, EO, and The Aji Network.

Martin Olejarczyk
A highly skilled commercial retail broker with a relationship focus, Marty brings over 30 years of experience in all aspects of retail brokerage and development to the team.
Prior to becoming a Partner at GPS, Marty was a Principal at Retail Brokers, Inc. and DeRito Partners, Inc., two of the largest and most prestigious brokerage firms in Arizona.
Marty has an exceptional reputation in the industry for representing national retail chains in Arizona and other markets throughout the United States; he is currently representing quality tenants including Ace Hardware, Dutch Bros., Eegee’s, Kahoots, Costa Vida, and many others.
Marty is a Veteran of the US Air Force, active in his Church Community, and enjoys skiing, water skiing, biking, scuba diving, and many other activities with his wife and kids.

Jennifer Hill
Jennifer Hill began her career in commercial real estate over 25 years ago, specializing in ground-up development, owner and retailer representation and investment sales. Her tribal knowledge, creative dealmaking strategies, methodical attention to detail and a high level of energy on behalf of her clients sets her apart. Jennifer strives to uphold personal, core values: high integrity, professionalism, speed, responsiveness and service to her clients. She earned the Centurion Award at SVN in 2018 and has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
Prior to joining GPS, Jennifer has held prior roles with RED Development, Westfield Corporation, SVN Desert Commercial Advisors, Locate, Diversified Partners, and Menlo Group where she has leased/sold over a million square feet of retail space in Arizona and abroad. Jennifer is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary Post 1760, the Board of Directors of G.I. Joe Coffee Company, a Falcon Business Alliance Member, a Housing & Community Development Advisory Board Member for the City of Mesa, a member of Central Christian Church and has been licensed in Arizona since 2003.

Jordan Mishlove
Jordan Mishlove joined GPS Commercial Advisors in 2024 as an Associate, bringing with him his experience in development within the retail sector. Jordan’s professional career began when he worked in foreign policy where he worked closely with many Arizona business leaders. In this role, Jordan oversaw an extensive investor portfolio where he built key relationships that pushed policy forward.
Born and raised in Phoenix, Jordan possesses an intrinsic understanding of the local landscape, which serves as a valuable asset in his new role. Jordan’s expertise shines in his capacity to locate and finalize transactions. His vast network and industry ties empower him to spot opportunities and forge strategic partnerships.
Jordan earned an MBA from WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and graduated with his bachelor’s degree in political science from San Diego State University. Outside of the office, Jordan spends his time hiking and camping and is actively involved with local and national organizations such as Outdoor Outreach, OneTable, and AIPAC.
