An experienced real estate executive with an entrepreneurial approach, Greg brings in over 20 years of brokerage and development experience. Greg founded GPS Commercial Advisors in 2014 and launched GPS Development LLC with Marty Olejarczyk in 2024.

Greg was a top broker with Phoenix Commercial Advisors and DeRito Partners, Inc. where he was recognized as a top producer for many years. With his strong background in tenant representation, Greg has a trained eye for identifying underutilized real estate and off-market deals for development opportunities. His transparent and genuine approach to business enables him to build trust with the people he transacts with.

Greg holds leadership roles with The Jewish Federation, Chabad of Arizona, Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), and The Aji Network.

A highly skilled commercial retail broker and developer with a relationship focus, Marty brings over 40 years of experience in all aspects of retail brokerage and development to the team.

Prior to becoming a Principal at GPS Commercial Advisors (2017) and GPS Development LLC (2024), Marty was a Principal at Retail Brokers, Inc. and DeRito Partners, Inc. He has an exceptional reputation in the industry for representing national, regional, and local retail chains in Arizona. As a result, Marty has been instrumental in spearheading hundreds of new developments for other developers, tenants and the development companies he is associated with.

Marty is an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), a Veteran of the US Air Force, active in his Church Community, and enjoys skiing, water skiing, biking, scuba diving, and many other activities with his wife and kids.
